Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident in spending money with MakeMeConvert. Here are our refund terms for each service.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Tiny Infinity through MakeMeConvert. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.

1. Free store audit

Our free store audit costs nothing. There is no payment to refund and no charge to cancel.

2. Detailed report (₹999)

The detailed report is a digital product, delivered to you electronically and instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

2.1 Before delivery

If you have paid for the detailed report but have not received it (for example, due to a technical issue on our side), you may request:

  • A full refund of the ₹999 amount; or
  • Manual delivery of the report at no additional charge.

2.2 After delivery

Because the detailed report is a digital product, delivered in full at the moment of payment, the ₹999 detailed report is non-refundable once delivered. This is consistent with industry practice for instantly-delivered digital products and is in line with the applicable consumer protection rules under Indian law.

3. Done-for-you store rebuild

Our rebuild service is delivered over a defined project timeline. The specific refund terms for your engagement are set out in your signed project agreement, which always includes a clear scope, total price, payment schedule, milestone schedule, and a cancellation clause.

The default refund terms for a rebuild project are as follows.

3.1 Before work begins

If you cancel the project within 7 days of signing the project agreement and before any work has begun on our side, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance you have paid.

3.2 After work begins, before delivery

After we have started work but before the first version is delivered, refunds are pro-rated based on the work completed. We will provide a written breakdown of work completed and amount refundable.

3.3 After first delivery

Once we have delivered the first new version of your store, refunds are governed by the milestone schedule in your signed agreement. Any remaining payments not yet due may be cancelled.

3.4 30-day performance guarantee

Where we have explicitly offered a 30-day performance guarantee for your rebuild, and where your conversion rate has not improved on comparable quality of traffic in that 30-day window, you are entitled to a full refund of the amounts you have paid for the rebuild service as per your signed agreement. Comparable quality of traffic is defined in the agreement and typically means traffic from the same channels and audiences as before the rebuild.

4. How to request a refund

Please include your order ID (for paid reports) or your project reference (for rebuild engagements), along with the WhatsApp number you signed up with.

5. Processing time

Once a refund is approved, we initiate it within 7 business days. The funds typically reach your bank account or original payment method within an additional 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank and the payment method used. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

6. Disputes

If you are unhappy with our service or with a refund decision, please contact us first. We will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, any disputes are handled in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction set out in our Terms and Conditions.
