Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) are a binding agreement between you and Tiny Infinity (we, us, our), the company that operates MakeMeConvert. Our registered office is at 333 Vasant Enclave, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, 110057, India (GSTIN 07CCSPB0036M2ZI). By accessing the website or using any of our services, you accept these Terms.

1. Our services

MakeMeConvert offers three services:

• Free store audit — a complimentary conversion audit of your e-commerce store, delivered electronically with no payment required.
• Detailed report (₹999, all-inclusive) — a paid digital report listing all conversion leaks on your store ranked by impact, with a recommended priority fix order. Delivered electronically and instantly on successful payment.
• Done-for-you store rebuild — a custom service where we rebuild your store to improve conversion. Pricing is per project and quoted after we review your store. Scope, price, milestones, and terms are confirmed in a separate signed agreement before any work begins.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind yourself or the business you represent to these Terms.

3. Account and contact

To request an audit you provide a WhatsApp number and optionally an email address. You are responsible for keeping these accurate. If your contact details change, please update us by emailing hardik@tinyinfinity.in.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs of websites you do not own or are not authorised to audit.
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or otherwise abuse our service or its outputs.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Resell or sublicense our paid reports or rebuild deliverables without our written consent.

5. Pricing and payment

• The free audit is free of charge.
• The detailed report is priced at ₹999, inclusive of all applicable Indian taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay or another approved Indian payment provider.
• The done-for-you rebuild service is quoted per project. A signed project agreement defines the scope, total price, payment schedule, and deliverables. All amounts are inclusive of GST as required.
• Where applicable, we will issue tax invoices in compliance with Indian GST law.

6. Delivery

Delivery of our digital services is described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility for each of our services is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

• The audit content, detailed report, and rebuild deliverables we produce are licensed to you for your business use. You may not publish, redistribute, or resell them without our written consent.
• We retain ownership of our underlying methodology, frameworks, software, and processes.
• You retain ownership of your store, brand, and any content you provide. By submitting a store URL, you grant us a limited licence to access and analyse that store for the purpose of producing your audit.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our audits and reports are operator-honest opinions based on what your store shows publicly at the time of analysis. We do our best to provide accurate and useful guidance, but results vary by store, category, traffic quality, and implementation. Except where we explicitly offer a performance guarantee in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion, or business outcomes. Our services are provided on an as-is basis.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any single audit or paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of our service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using our service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, abuse of the service, or as required by law. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred before termination.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top reflects when the Terms were last changed. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
